This Privacy Policy explains what information Pomsera Learning (the "Site") collects, how it is used, and your choices. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account to read the Site. We may process the following:

  • Information you send us. If you email us (for example at hello@pomsera.com), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the Site running.
  • Cookies. The public Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A functional cookie is used only for signing in to the private admin area.

Embedded content

Some articles embed third-party content, such as YouTube videos. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which avoids setting cookies until you play a video. When you interact with embedded content, that third party (for example Google/YouTube) may collect data according to its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

How we use information

We use the limited information above to respond to your messages, to operate and secure the Site, and to understand and improve what we publish. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request or as required by law, and technical logs for a limited period for security and maintenance.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for processing the limited data above is our legitimate interest in operating the Site and responding to you.

Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
